Subject to availability, orders for Mantels, Backs and Hearths, which are Stock Items and are generally available, an order made by Tuesday week 1, delivered week 2 .All orders should be delivered within 30 days.
On all orders we will advise within 48 hours of expected delivery date

Please check goods on receipt and in the unlikely event of damage please advise within three days . Damaged goods will be collected and exchanged free of charge.
You have a seven day "cooling off period" after delivery.Goods which are not required can be returned, providing they are in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. In these cirumstances the following terms will apply;
Return of goods is subject to our terms and conditions.
Returned goods received in a damaged condition will not be accepted for restocking.
A 20% restocking charge will apply in all cases unless it is agreed that the return forms part of an exchange for an alternative purchase.
Special order items will not be accepted for return.
